Josh Kelly is an actor who's set to portray Walker Chisum in the second season of NBC's Midnight, Texas. He is known for his role as Cutter Wentworth on ABC's soap, One Life to Live.

Biography[]

Josh grew up in a military family, his father was a Naval Intelligence Officer, and called several places home including Guam, the Philippines, Maryland, Georgia, and Maine. He's a self-proclaimed former computer nerd and has created simple computer games when he wasn't competing in matches as a member of his high school's lacrosse and wrestling teams. From an early age, Josh knew he wanted to perform and participated several theater productions. His desire to act led to his first movie appearance as an extra in Liberty Heights.

After graduating high school, Josh enlisted in the Army and was deployed to Afghanistan one month after 9/11. He became an Army Ranger and led his highly-skilled unit through three more tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq. In 2003, he returned to his passion for acting and moved to Los Angeles. He studied drama for two years and landed several TV appearances, including in True Blood, Ugly Betty, Las Vegas, and CSI: Miami, to name a few. In 2009, he was cast in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. He also co-wrote, acted in and co-directed a short film about post-traumatic stress, Cope, with his fellow Army buddies and was later cast again and served as a military consultant in Transformers: Dark of the Moon after director Michael Bay saw Cope.[1]
